Dilusha comes from a background of 20 years banking, working in different continents. He has gained his knowledge and experience working in retail and corporate sectors in Sri Lanka, Dubai and Qatar working with different nationalities and been in the industry in Australia for almost 9 years prior to joining his school friend Pramu.

His passion has always been exceeding customer expectations, building relationships and helping customers and dedicated towards achieving their dreams and goals.

He loves spending time at home with his wife Natalie, and his 3 year old princess Amanya. Loves to watch sports and play cricket when ever he has permission from the boss at home.
